In what time to we deliver?
To avoid disputes and above all inconvenience to both the parties it is a humble request to our customers to ensure the recipient on the adept time when the delivery of the product courier is attempted.
Take a note that on the similar lines like other countries follow 6 day work culture we do the same and do not deliver products on Sundays. But exceptionally we can make the delivery on Sundays by charging some extra amount.
Moreover delivery of the products are made in normal working hours fixed by the courier companies which are in alliance with us it also depends on place to place.
Take a note again shipments do not take place on Sundays and public holidays as our logistic alliance deny the transportation on the same days.
Item cost and weight determines the shipping cost. More of commodities in the shopping courier will lessen the shipping charges and add to your benefits. The detailed page mentions the weight of each item. The net weight will be calculated by rounding off by next 500 grams.
As mentioned earlier item cost and weight are the determining factors of the shipping cost. More the products in your courier more the benefit you bag in. The international shipping charges and handling charges vary case to case.

Take a note that we are not liable for delivery in any girl's hostel or school or college if the warden of the respective Institute does not accept the commodity or it goes for denial due to some other reason than Surface180 will not issue a refund amount under any circumstances to the customer's account. Neither any reshipment will be attempted from by surface 180 for that specific order. For a preferred or occasional delivery date the customer must mention the date otherwise the commodity will be delivered as soon as possible.
Our shipping service is very fast, we ship all orders by trusted and fasted courier services like Fedex, Gati, Bluedart, Ecom, TNT, Speed Post and they taking time to deliver within 5-7 Days in India.

If your order is more than two items, you may receive them in different box and different times, because of varying item shipping location. Often order will be shipped separately, so may receive more than single delivery to your address.
SURFACE180 ships every parcels as insured at same cost (no extra charge). If due to any reason Courier Company not deliver to you, you do not suffer any loss. Here in Transit Risk is all ours. Once parcel deliver successfully to your address SURFACE180 will not responsible for any type of damage (full or partial), lost, stolen.
Address Change Requests
After complete shop and successfully registered, you cannot
make any change. We can change addresses with in the 24 hours as request. You
may send your changing related request to firstname.lastname@example.org
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please fill your correct address, because some courier air services companies charge amount as penalty for incorrect shipping address. The customer will bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees, not SURFACE180.
Tracking and Shipment Details
We will send you an email about your order details with shipping details, these emails will contain the tracking number and courier companies website details along with expected date of delivery. You can also check and track your order by logging in my account in our website. We will confirm your order tracking details within 24 business hours.
All parcels first polythene packed then put in corrugated box. All orders shipped by the trusted and fasted courier service and home delivery approximately within 5-7 working days.
Time to Ship
For each item we have mentioned time to ship along with the item image. This is approximate value only and items can be shipped earlier or later.
Your order will be processed within 48-72 hours of your placing it. You can except to receive your order 7-15 days.
What if Any Delays?
Delays may be occur due to situations beyond our control, we are not responsible for delay. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason.
If your order is out of stock we will notify you by e-mail.
You may receive them in different box and different times, because of varying item shipping location. We are not liable for any delay in delivering your order.
VAT & Custom Duties
VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control. These may be charged to you by your State Government.VAT & Custom Duties is not including in ordering process.
Internationals customers are also responsible for duties fee, we have no control in these charge.
The courier company may also charge some additional service charges for these duties.
Normally standard shipping taking 5-7 days to deliver orders.
Assured Delivery section offers to deliver your item in 7-10 business days at an additional cost, additional 7-10 business days are added to your delivery time. Hence you need to select from Ready to Ship Section.
Ready to Ship Section (RTS)
Look out for ‘Ready to Ship’ label on our home page. RTS offers a range that can be shipped within 1 day. Each category of has RTS section that offer you fast and comfort of placing orders.
Billing Address and Shipping Address
Shipping address where customer want to receive their orders. Billing address where customer gets his bills from the credit card company.
What happens if my order is lost in transit?
In a way of shipment if a shipment lost in transit, we wait for 15 days and then reprocess/reship the order.
